Change voxels to meshes? Blasphemy! Sacrilege!
You could just use the gl_ functions, you know. ;)

Its actually not too hard to make your own 3d voxel system with polygons in almost any decent 3d engine, except for the limits on how detailed they can be. In other words you're better off with voxels than polygons for detailed models.

i cant find any information on the gl_ functions do you know where I can find out what they are and there parameters

You'll find it documented in EVALDRAW.TXT (in EVALDRAW.ZIP) You'll find it in EVALDRAW.DOC (in EVALDRAW.ZIP) You'll find it in the EVALDRAW tutorial. You'll find it in at least 5 examples that start with the letters "GL".

Ken, you mentioned before you planned on adding types for variables, would this mean we can get around the absence of strings and use CHAR type arrays like one would in C++?
Like the following.
CHAR astring[256]
astring="text"

Here's the status on EVALDRAW compilers: "Ken's EVAL" compiler is done and retired. I do not plan to write a new compiler of my own. "Robert's Rscript" is the work of Robert, and I leave it under his control. While I can't speak for Robert, I can say this: adding integer types is a big change and you should not be expecting its support anytime soon.

How about including external KC scripts so one can split up long code?
