Here is a strange one I am having a weird keyboard problem with both ports. Here is the deal: I've setup both JFD3D & JFSW to: screen 800x600 32, Sound: 48.0KHz 16 Bit 32 Voice now here is the problem I left the input settings alone fire up the games pressing the either Ctrl key dosen't fire no matter what and in SW pressing T does nothing also okay here is the weird part setting it the video to 640x480 (any color) mode the Ctrl & T keys work just fine. Now using older versions of JFDuke3d and setting the video higher that 640x480 the keyboard worked just fine.
Here are my specs:
Pentium III 933Mhz
768 MB RAM
256 MB nVidia Geforce FX 5700LE Using 71.84 Drivers
Windows XP SP2
P.S. Thank You JonoF for your hard work on both ports they are awesome.

That is by far the most bizarre problem I've ever heard of. I'll see what I can think of to explain it.

The Ctrl keys not working in JFDuke3d in my case was because of a clash of the scan codes of the Windows keys
This was in the October release but I have not tried the recent ones as my Windows keys are now permanently disabled.
To disable the Windows keys:
Thanks ProAsm but I tried to disable the the Windows key and that still didn't work.

LOL yes but that is going way back - Tonight Never Ends - which was actually headed by Grape at the time :)

Problem fixed the problem was on my end there was a driver issue updated to the 71.89 nVidia driver released this morning. I also belive my stereo drivers caused the conflict though because to turn it on you must press Ctrl+T, I still am not sure why the keys work @ 640x480 any color but not at a higher resolution, unless it was in 8-bit mode.

You should really find a shortcut to use for that that isn't already used by every program ever. :p
